Team collaborators do not need to buy seats or a license. The owner needs Full to host; the same reusable edit key grants editing to the people it is shared with. A read token alone gives read-only access. See Sharing and publishing.

Activate and check your plan

Open Settings → Account, paste your Lemon Squeezy license key, and activate. The active plan shows ReadyTab Sync (sync only) or ReadyTab Full, its annual/lifetime term, and whether Sync and publishing/team hosting are included. A Sync key does not unlock Full's publishing controls.

Before replacing or removing a key

Cloud dashboards, history and hosted boards belong to the license used to create them. A different key does not transfer or copy them. You lose access to those resources under the new key; they remain associated with the old key. Your current local data is retained.

ReadyTab shows a confirmation with an Export current data as JSON shortcut. Choosing export cancels the key change and starts the export from Settings → Data, keeping the old key available while you back up.

That JSON contains the current local dashboard only. It does not automatically export other saved cloud dashboards, cloud version history, or locked protected spaces. Load and back up each other cloud dashboard you need before switching; unlock protected spaces before export. Wait for shared-board edits to show Saved, or use Export my changes for unsaved shared edits.

Automatic copying between licenses is planned for a later release. For now, keep the original key and backups if you need to return to its cloud data.
